Modular and expandable system

A big advantage is the modular design.
The automation and supervisory system is entirely modular and can be expanded at any time.
It includes the following modular units:

ROOM MANAGEMENT

To allocate rooms to guests with the required services (for example access to the solarium, sauna, swimming pool, etc.) All room settings such as temperature, fan-coil speed (with the guest in the room, outside the room or when the room is free) can be customized. It is also possible to monitor guest and service personnel (maid, maintenance, etc.) movements in and out of the room. Room consumption can be printed out in reports.

PUBLIC AREA

As with each room, the public areas in the hotel (corridors, dining room, etc.) can be customized in terms of temperature settings, lighting (on and off), alarms, and access only to authorized persons. All information is displayed in real time at the workstation.

RECEPTION AREA

The supervisory software issues cards to guests at check-in and manages checkout operations. It can be used to set general hotel parameters with real time monitoring of data relating to each guest and room.

EXTERNAL ACCESS MANAGEMENT

The management of external accesses includes: in and out of garages, access to hotel facilities outside the main building (e.g. swimming pool, tennis courts) with monitoring of movements to guarantee security and provide guests with maximum comfort. Permits can be timed for limited access and pay services managed.

MANAGEMENT OF TECHNOLOGY

Hotel Supervisor manages the following technology: heat generation (heaters, ATU). Benefits through energy saving and comfort.

ONLINE FRIDGE MANAGEMENT

This unit is for hotel rooms and allows the management of the fridge online and the control of the mini bar with automatic debit.

PAY-TV AND MESSAGES

This unit can be used to send messages to guests, which appear on the TV screen in the room (welcome messages and other types of message). The message is transmitted only when the guest is in the room.
The unit also enables the TV for pay services. Volume control (for night time viewing) and switch-off can be made remote.
The system can be installed on any commercially available TV with SCART plug.

OPTIONAL SERVICES UNIT

Sauna, solarium, fitness room, with debit to the guest and the control of access.

INTERFACE WITH ACCOUNTING AND OTHER SOFTWARE

This unit can be used to integrate the hotel management system provided by Hotel Supervisor with accounting and other software. Hotel Supervisor interfaces with the following Front office software: Fidelio, Eric Soft, Sys Dat, GP DATI, NI.CE., Samas.

FIRE PROTECTION UNIT

Hotel Supervisor is a complete fire prevention system with sirens, fire doors and pushbuttons, in compliance with current UNI 9795 regulations and Leg. Dec. of 09/04/94.
