HOSPITAL SUPERVISOR is a queue manager for medical examinations (on or off site), samples and tests. The system increases the efficiency of the facility by providing users with a rapid, accurate service. The patient picks up a numbered tab on entry and waits in the room provided until the number is displayed at the desk. The patient then provides the data for the examination or test and the central computer locates the nearest (or earliest) facility available for the examination or test. The information is displayed on the monitor until the patient confirms the booking.
This data can also be used to compile stats, average waiting time, efficiency and the chip card can be used as clinical record for filing with the issue of numbered tabs in various units throughout the facility. The management software controls flow at a number of desks.
